'04 530i CD

Has anyone had a problem with the CD player in their new 530i? When I turn the car off, and return later, the CD that was in the player starts over again rather than at track 1. Other times, however, it seems to remember what track I'm on. I find this quite annoying. Has anyone else had this problem?

yes, I have the same issue in my 545, though only with the in-dash CD player, not the 6 disc changer in the glove box. It is well known and has been much talked about on other boards. Don't know if a software upgrade fixes it or not.
