550i how to download Blackberry address book

I have a new 550i with Bluetooth. I connected to my Blackberry quite easily but it doesn't seem to sinc my address book. Is there a trick to doing that?

I have a blackberry too.. it is awesome! Can't help ya with the syncing though... try searching through the address book to see if there is a "send contact" option or something.

From what I have read the only contacts that will load from the smartphones and blackberry's are the ones that are stored in the quick contact type menus. Also make sure that your Blackberry has the newest versions of the software available so that it can connect to your BMW.

I have the Blackberry 8700. I did nothing other than the original sync and my whole contact list downloaded.

Hm what blackberry do you have Janet? Older blackberrys might not have the feature built in yet.

on my dads m5 it just showed right up so maybe your blackberry doesnt have that featuer

Mine Works Flawlessly

I finally pulled the trigger and went with the Verizon Blackberry 7130e and it fully integrates with my 550i. The entire contact list loaded like a charm.

Nice! I love my 7130e. It's a little slow here for internet usage, but the communications tools are excellent.
