Help! So I start up my 99' 528i today after not using it for 3 days and all my controls on the dashboard are out! As I drive, the speedometer, odometer, temperature gauge, fuel gauge, clock, all other displays, and the turn signal lights and noise all don't work. As I drive, they all randomly go on for a second and then off again. The car doesn't have any trouble starting up, so I guess its not the battery that is the problem, plus I don't think I left any lights on while I was away. Has anyone else experienced a problem like this? I thought I would post this before attempting to go the dealership. Thanks for any help.

I have this identical problem, what , if any new circumstance has materialized since your posting? Any new results. I have taken my car to the service center,
and they are guessing at fixing whateverit is. Please keep my informed of any new results that you might have. thanks
