How to clean the head-light?

this morning I saw some water drop in the head-light mask, I don't know how the water get inside the mask. Do you gus have any way to get rid of it and how to keep the mask clear? thanks a lot (My car is BMW E39 520I)

turn on the lights it will evaporate it is normall for some moisture to form in the cover it should be gone in about 15 minutes per bmw rules
