lights cameras, no action

I have a 99 528i. I have had it to the shop several times trying to solve 1 thing. When it gets hot in Florida the traction light comes on followed by check engine light. When they come on the car sputters and wont go over 60 mph with no pick up. Dealership finds "something it could be" everytime. Here is what I know; it only happens when it gets hot under the hood....the fan never comes on but the engine doesnt overheat...HELP

If the check engine light is coming on it would be storing an error code, did the dealership read the code? What did the code say?

They said that there were 60 codes that they were reading. Is there a way to keep the engine cool?

If the fan is not coming on it could be the resistor or the fan thermostat. Have you checked the fuses, relays, etc?

I did check all the fuses and they are fine. Not sure even how to check the other 3 you mentioned
