No Heat At All!!!!!!!

Happy New Year to everyone.
Since early 2007, it seems like a fan (I can't describe where it exactly locate) in the climate control unit (below the radio control unit) started to run with making tiny, smooth sound even engine is completely shut off.
I just ignored what it is for long time. (I knew that what the dealership will charge for this new bait.
Most of time it happened in the morning whether summer or winter.
Finally, 3days ago I discovered there is no heat at all.
It looks like all temperature control buttons and sensor (?) are working fine.
Just no blowing air either heat or A/C.
If anyone had same problem, please let me know "How to fix ooo for Dummies!"

Welcome aboard,

First have you made sure there is coolant in the car?

And to make it clear, your A/C does or does not blow cold air?

Coolant is on normal level.
A/C and Heater were working fine.
Right now there is no any blowing air at all.

It could be an issue with your Final State unit, which is a very common problem.

That was really helpful. I fixed heat problem yesterday with not replacing any parts at all. I took the Final Stage Unit out of it and just put it back to the position.
I turned heater on.......Thank god! that thing is working with only one single problem. Automatic control is working off and on. But I can take it with this condition. Well, I have no idea how long this unit will work. For right now I'm just happy not being frozen dead in this winter.
